Open Coaching
$400.00 – $560.00
This is an upgraded version of the traditional classes, group, and semi-private training services previously held at Bulldog. Now we have added a lot of safety and science to this service by still allowing clients to train with a friend, or with others. Clients will have a customized program designed for them during the Open Coaching Orientation. During each Open Coaching Hour there will be a dedicated coach familiar with your customized program to help you when you need. This helps keep the cost of coaching low while also providing quality guidance and support for the independent minded client.
- Must Complete Open Coaching Orientation (5 sessions see below)
- Nutritional Guidance
- Mental Accuity & Mindset Exercises
- Minimum of 2 Program designs to address both branches of the Autonomic Nervous System
